If you're planning to make a purchase for SDMBBSC that is over $50, you must submit a request to the Financial Secretary and Commodore for approval.

Upon purchase, to finalize the reimbursement process, you must submit documentation of your purchase, to be reviewed by the Financial Secretary and Commodore before reimbursement will be issued.

Member Volunteer  Honey-Do Lists:    

Always Needed:

- Organize & Straighten Chandler Hall: Tables Chairs

- Organize & Straighten Patio and Lawn: Tables Chairs. Pick up trash / clutter. Wipe table Down

- Re-cover Pool Table, BBQ Grill, Outdoor TV's if they are left uncovered

- Empty black trash cans (if needed) into trash-only dumpster (bar has new trash bags)

- Empty gray "Cups Only" recycling cans into the white recycle-only dumpster

- Pick up stray cigarette butts, trash and greenery throughout the property

Patio Deck Area:

- Replace Broken Window Pane - Kenny / Monti

- Replace damaged Overhead Sail - Corey / Monti

Galley:

- Purchase & Install vent fan on back wall to pull air thru hot galley

- Install New Deep Fryer - Orion / Monti

- Remove Carpet in new Food Prep Area - Steele / Monti

Bar:

- Hang Wine Glass Rack - Lefty

- Design new Bar Expansion - Amy / Steele  

- Acquire 3rd Well & POS - Amy / Steele

- Acquire 6 40" stools for Pub Tables - Amy / Steele

- Repair / Resolve Audio issues

Chandler Hall:

- Lighting for Stage, Dimmers for Main Hall 

- Find our Trophy's

- Organize Liquor Room - Front portion

- Organize and clean up office

Boat Yard:

- Build and Install Osprey Nest 

- Flag Pole Repair

- Add Roof and curtain to new Board Racks 

- Build 2nd Rack for Tule Boats

- Build 3rd Rack for SUP

- Organize Tule Boats and make area less of an eye sore

- Clean up lawn behind Big Boat Row
