The American Society of Civil Engineers has student chapters that help create connections to enhance the educational experience and prepare aspiring Civil Engineers for their careers.

Every year technical competitions are held across the country to showcase students' collaboration and technical knowledge. One of these teams is the Concrete Canoe Team. This team funds, designs, builds, and races a canoe made of concrete, allowing students to show their creative side while also doing technical research.

Our success is directly related to the support we receive from our various sponsors, so we thank the San Diego Mission Bay Boat & Ski Club for allowing us to store our canoes safely on the property.
