First Mate
 3 eggs, any style, bacon or sausage, potatoes
Second Mate
 2 eggs, any style, bacon or sausage, potatoes
Chicken Fried Steak

 2 eggs, any style served with biscuits & gravy
Jean's Cheese Omelet
 Blend of cheeses
  Add Bacon or Ham

Captain's French Toast
 served with eggs
Castaway Omelet
 Ham, onion, bell pepper, cheese
Vice Commodore

 Sausage, ham, onion, bell pepper, tomato, cheese
Steak & Eggs

 2 eggs, any style, rib-eye steak, potatoes
BLT  Bacon, lettuce, tomato on toasted bread
Chicken Bites

 Served with fries
*All breakfasts except for French toast & chicken fried steak include choice of toast. Other menu or special requests, including lunch items, cold slaw, and tater tots, may be available upon special request.
