The primary purpose of the Short Board Meeting is to introduce new Flag Members for their First Readings. Note: Bylaw requirements: Flag Membership – will be introduced at a Board Meeting Flag Membership will have their Final Read-in at a Flag Meeting Returning Flag Membership - Read in at a Flag Meeting (only) Limited Membership/Associate Club (Ikuna Koa) - Read in at a Flag Meeting (only)

7:15pm Flag Meeting (or immediately following short board meeting)

• New Flag Member vote
• New Flag Member Final Read-In
• Limited Membership/Associate Club New Member Read-In

7:30pm Normal Board Meeting (or immediately following the Flag Meeting)

• Upcoming Events and Committee reports.
• 2nd Nominations for 2018 Elections
